1. How can I place an order?
Planet Apparel operates on a quote-based system instead of an automated shopping cart.
You can request a quote in two ways:
-By emailing info@planetapparel.co with the item(s), quantity, and decoration methodyou need.
- Or by clicking the “Get a Quote Now” button located on each product page
- If a logo is provided, our art team will create a digital mock-up while your quote is being prepared -both processes run in parallel to save time. The mock-up allows you to confirm logo placement, garment color, and imprint color before production begins. Once approved, you’ll receive a detailed quote that includes pricing, decoration, shipping costs, and estimated production timelines.
2. Do you offer samples?
Yes - we offer samples to help you review quality, fit, and decoration before placing a larger order. However, brand and vendor guidelines require that certain premium products be sold only with decoration.
This includes brands such as Nike®, OGIO®, The North Face®, Champion®, Carhartt®, Cotopaxi®, TravisMathew®, Tommy Bahama®, Brooks Brothers®, New Era®, Eddie Bauer®, Outdoor Research®, Tentree®, and STANLEY/STELLA®.
-Products from these restricted brands must include decoration (embroidery, screen print, or other approved embellishment) before being sold or shipped.
- Blank samples for these brands are only permitted when provided free of charge for evaluation purposes.
- Paid samples, or any items for resale, must comply with the brand’s decoration requirements. If you order a decorated sample, your digitizing setup fee will be credited in full toward your subsequent bulk order.
3. What decoration methods do you offer?
We specialize in embroidery, screen printing, direct-to-garment (DTG) printing, and heat transfer. Our team will recommend the best method for your product and logo style.
4. What is your standard production time?
Most decorated orders are completed within 7–12 business days after artwork approval and payment. Rush orders may be accepted depending on capacity, additional charges will be included in your quote.
5. Can I cancel or modify my order after it’s placed?
Once a quote has been approved and production begins, orders cannot be canceled or changed, as each item is made to order. Please review all details carefully before approving your proof.
6. What are your minimum order quantities (MOQs)?
- Embroidery: typically 6–12 pieces minimum
- Screen printing: typically 24 pieces minimum
- DTG: no minimums on select items
7. Do you charge setup or digitizing fees?
Yes. Embroidery and screen printing require a one-time setup or digitizing fee. If you reorder the same design later, this fee does not apply again. Embroidery setup fees are credited if you move forward with a bulk order.
8. How is shipping handled?
All shipping costs are manually calculated and included in your quote. We ship through UPS, FedEx, and USPS using the best available rates. Tracking details are provided once your order ships.
9. Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes, local pickup may be available in Orlando, Florida, for pre-arranged orders. Please confirm this option during quoting.
10. What if I receive damaged or incorrect items?
If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 business days of delivery at info@planetapparel.co. Include clear photos of the item(s) and a brief description of the issue for resolution.
11. Do you accept returns?
Decorated or personalized items are final sale. Blank items may be returned within 15 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee, if unworn and in original packaging.
12. Do you ship internationally?
We primarily ship within the United States. International orders may be accepted upon request; additional fees and customs charges apply.
13. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, ACH payments, and business checks (for approved accounts). Payment terms are outlined in your quote or invoice.
