Welcome to Planet Apparel, a brand owned and operated by Planet Products, Inc. (“we,” “our, ”“us”). These Terms of Use & Sale (“Terms”) govern your use of our website planetapparel.co (the “Site”) and your purchase of any products or services from us. By accessing our Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Use of the Site
You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws. You may not use the Site to transmit harmful code, interfere with functionality, or reproduce content without permission. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for violations.
2. Product Information and Availability
We strive for accurate descriptions, images, and pricing; however, colors and availability may vary. If a product becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you for a replacement or refund.
3. Orders and Payments
By placing an order, you confirm authorization to use the payment method and accuracy of billing/shipping details. We may cancel orders for suspected fraud or errors and limit quantities per customer. Prices are in USD. Payments are processed securely by third-party providers; we do not store payment details.
4. Custom and Decorated Products
Many products are made to order with custom decoration (embroidery, screen printing, DTG, heat transfer). Customized items are final sale and non-refundable except for verified defects caused by Planet Products, Inc. Customers must review and approve design proofs, colors, and placements before production. Once approved, orders cannot be modified or canceled.
5. Brand and Vendor Decoration Guidelines
Certain brands and vendors require that specific products be sold only with decoration.
Examples include premium brands such as Nike®, OGIO®, The North Face®, Champion®, Carhartt®, Cotopaxi®, TravisMathew®, Tommy Bahama®, Brooks Brothers®, New Era®, Eddie Bauer®, Outdoor Research®, Tentree®, and STANLEY/STELLA®. Products from restricted brands must include decoration (embroidery, screen print, or other approved embellishment) before being sold or shipped.
Blank samples are permitted only when provided free of charge to the end user for evaluation purposes. Paid samples or resale items must include decoration as per brand/vendor guidelines.
Decorated sample setup fees will be credited toward subsequent bulk orders. Planet Products, Inc. strictly enforces all vendor and brand compliance requirements.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. We are not responsible for delays due to carriers, weather, or customs. Once marked as “delivered,” orders are considered fulfilled. Claims for loss or damage must be filed with the carrier.
7. Returns and Exchanges
Returns are accepted only for blank, non-decorated products within 15 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Custom-decorated items are non-returnable except for production errors verified by our team. Email info@planetapparel.co for return authorization. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection.
8. Promotions and Discounts
Promotions and discount codes cannot be combined unless stated. We may modify or cancel promotions without notice.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this Site (text, images, product designs, and logos) belongs to Planet Products, Inc. or licensors. You may not reproduce or distribute materials without written permission.
Third-party brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used under authorization.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Planet Products, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability will not exceed the amount paid for the product or service in question.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planet Products, Inc., its employees, and affiliates from any claims or damages arising from your use of our Site, breach of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Orange County, Florida.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate Site access without notice for violations or unlawful behavior.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Updates will be posted with an updated Effective Date. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
