• There is a 20% restocking fee (plus freight) for all cancelled orders that have not reached production. Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
• We do not sell Carhartt apparel products outside of the continental U.S. and Canada.
• We only sell decorated Carhartt apparel, we do not sell blanks.
• We recommend ordering 23 extra pieces to ensure the embroidery will sew well. If you don’t order extra pieces, you will receive a few pieces less, or else we are not responsible for how they will embroider.
