- There is a 20% restocking fee (plus freight) for all cancelled orders that have not reached production. Orders that have entered production cannot be cancelled.
- We do not sell Ogio apparel products outside of the U.S., Canada and Mexico.
- We only sell decorated Ogio apparel, we do not sell blanks.
- We recommend ordering 2-3 extra pieces to ensure the embroidery will sew well. If you don’t order extra pieces, you will receive a few pieces less, or else we are not responsible for how they will embroider.
